so i've been dieting for about 2 weeks... almost two weeks now. My weight has gone from 155 to 154 to 153 and now to 153.4. Not much, but I guess it's something. My waist went from 31.75 to 31.5 to 31 as of this morning. Who knew 3 quarters of an inch would make me so happy. Sticking to 1200-1400 calories a day. I may need to step up my video workouts, but maybe not just yet since mel b still kicks my ass.
my goal, you ask? 125 so if i'm losing about a pound a week, it'll take me til (with no backsliding) early January to get to that weight... Of course, I'm hoping that I can push that weight loss to 2 pounds a week, making my goal late September. gah. maybe i'll aim for January. >_>
I haven't been drinking much lately. This weekend, I only had half a beer. Taking in much more water and peeing much more for that matter. Wish me luck.
